Booking Policy


To rent a car, you must have a driver’s license of the country of residence, as well as have a driving experience of at least one year. If you want another driver to drive your car, then this is a paid “second driver” service, which is paid extra. The cost of this service is from 2-5 euros per day for each additional driver, depending on the specific country and the conditions of the international rental company.

IMPORTANT! In the countries of the European Union, America and Asia, it is necessary to present an international driver's license at the same time as the national license at the request of representatives of the authorities. In order to avoid unforeseen situations, we recommend that you apply for an international driver’s license immediately before the trip and present it with a Russian driver’s license.


A rental day is equal to 24 hours. For example, if you pick up a car for four days on May 8 at 12:00, then you must return it on May 12 no later than 12:59.

IMPORTANT! The delay in returning the car for more than 1 hour is paid as an additional rental day.


You can get a car in any place convenient for you, having previously agreed this with our manager: at the airport, at the hotel, as well as  at city offices of the rental company. Possible additional paid service -  car pick-up outside the agency’s working hours, or car delivery to the hotel (upon prior request).


When booking a car you pay only the cost of the rental itself.

If you decide to extend the rental period or change the place of car return during the operation of the car, let us know and we will be able to quickly change the conditions of your reservation (order).


The car is provided to the tenant with a full tank of fuel, and it must also be returned completely refueled.


For the convenience of tourists traveling on a pre-planned route, in many countries the local and international format “One Way” (“one way”) is provided.
Internal “One Way” means that you can return the car in any of the cities of the country where there are offices of the rental company. Sometimes a supplement is required for this service or there are requirements for a minimum rental period (for example, 3 rental days).

International One Way gives you the opportunity to return a car  in other countries. Each company has its own tariffs for One Way International. On a rented car, you can cross one or more state borders with the appropriate visas. However, in some countries there may be restrictions on crossing the borders of some states on high-class cars (for example, from Germany to Italy). Many countries do not allow car trips to Eastern European countries without additional insurance.

You can return the car at no extra charge at any office of the rental company of the city in which you took it.

IMPORTANT! If you were in a hurry and “abandoned” the car, but didn’t pass it according to the rules ** established by the rental company, you will be fined for finding the car by the police, which will be charged to your credit card after the expiration of the rental period.

**Rules for returning a rented car: the car must be returned directly to the employee of the rental company or the keys to the car must be put in a special box if you rent the car during office hours.


At your request, you may be offered additional equipment for the rented car: child seat, ski rack, snow chains for wheels. Payment for additional equipment is accepted only at the rental office directly upon receipt of the car.


Upon receipt of the rented car you must leave a refundable deposit (SECURITY). The deposit amount varies from 300 to 1000 Euros (sometimes more), depending on the specific rental company, country and class of car. The deposit amount is blocked on the driver’s credit card for the period of car rental. After returning the car, this amount will be unlocked for a period of 2 days to 4 weeks.

In the event of theft or damage to the car, this amount (or part of the amount) blocked on your credit card will be written off, which is part of the material liability imposed on you (deductible).


If a car or an accident occurs during the rental period, the nearest rental car office will provide you with another car. To do this, you must call the 24-hour phone number specified in your contract within 24 hours from the moment of the incident (is this our duty number?), And we can help you resolve such situations.

IMPORTANT! In the event of an accident, it is necessary to fix it in the police - insurance is valid only in this case.
